DS Lite vs R4iTT issues

Hi Guys.

I have a Red Nintendo DS Lite.
I also have a R4iTT card - Purple with no Screw on the back.
The card has R4 3DS New written on it.

I also have a 8GB kingston Mini USB.

For the life of me i havent been able to get this card working.
I have downloaded the Latest firmware and Kernel from the r4itt.net site.

Extracted all to the memory card, inserted it, then inserted into the DS Lite.

Turned it on, and it just shows me the no card inserted screen.
Any help is much appreciated!

Same here.

However, I only ever managed to get a 2gb working in that particular card after trying 8gb then 4gb. I surrendered to the 2gb.
