I've bought a pre-owned R4i v1.4 that I wanted to use in my DSiXL v1.4E but I've downloaded the latest firmware from R4i-SDHC.com and the DSiXL does not even acknowledge that a game card has been inserted. I then tried it on my NDSL and the card is not acknowledged on there either. I've tried the SD card in my old R4ds card and that works so it's not a problem with the SD card. Is it a problem with the
R4i game card itself as usually if an R4 card is inserted even without a sd card then it is still acknowledged and just displays something like no card? Any advice would be really appreciated.
