r4 card updated via wifi

hi you may have had this before -but i couldnt see how to fix?

i think i know what i have done wrong -- in that i stupidly connected to the internet the other week and possibly did an update - since then my r4 card will not load - i get the following error message -

an error has occured
press and hold the power button to turn the system off etc etc

can anyone please help me to get my r4 card to work again?

Hi Thelma65

It does sound like you've updated the DS

Could you please let us know what version of firmware it is now on (Go into settings, and it is written in the bottom right of the top screen - will be something like 1.4.4)

Someone might then be able to help you out.

my son updated his as well Ive heard there is-ant anything that can be done until r4 releases a update
