R4 card problem

Morning peeps I need help my r4 card has stopped working in my dsi I'm gutted been trying to sort it al nite long , anyway the r4 card is a r4v1.6 revolution for ds the web address on the card is r4i-advance.com Thank you if anyone can help

I get on screen when i put r4 card in dsi an error occurred press & hold the power button to turn the system off please refer to dsi operation manual. can someone advise what I need to do thank you
