Will this firmware override the 1.4.1 that was deployed in 9-10, my son updated his DSi and now his M3i Card wont work?

no , you have a diffrent card.

if it is an m3i zero card you have, then it is possible to update card to work on dsi 1.4.1

dsi starts with Error please power down and restart

Will flashing my dsi fix this and will putting this on a sd card flash it

a friend's daughter has R4i (revolution for DS) card
and her Ndsi version is 1.2e.
They did something wrong with my daughter and now the card is not loading(stuck in loading screen).I cannot find firmware to fix it.. I tried different R4 firmwares but with no luck..
Any help will be appreciated.

that card cannot be used with a dsi....
it is only for dslite...

well the card on the link you posted is an r4 clone,

they can only work on ds/dslites...

is your card exactly the same as the one on the link?

Did you mean the R4i Gold made by (http://www.r4ids.cn) R4iDS ?Other R4i Gold cards, due to different hardware, can not use the Wood R4i Gold firmware (including the R4i Gold v2 etc)
