there is a usa fix but it dont work on the r4 cards but works on CycloDS 1.55. have a read here m8

now working 100% on R4 card
make sure to do a back up of your card before playing with fix . fix is in the downloads, i just copied all the files and paste in on r4.. then add the rom

got this working on my m3 ds real card using this file
