help for r4

hi ,i need help please,ive bought an r4 for my ds but i didnt get a disc an every site i go on i cant seem to find what i need so i can set it up an then download games,please can some1 help as i cant ask my hubby as he will go mad if he finds out ive bought a r4 because he says im on my ds 2 much as it is x

try and download this firmware extract all the files from it with winrar then put all the files on your sd card you should have 4 files just drag and drop all the files on to the sd now create another file on the sd and call it games once you download games thay are normaly in rar format just extract the file you will proberly have a few different things that has come out of the file the one you are looking for is the file that ends in .nds drag and drop this game into the folder named games on your sd card then keep going until you have enough games in there for you
but make sure you dont fill the card up if you keep putting games on the card and it says there ia no more memeory left or the card is full you must delete a few games off the card or it will not work properly as there will be no room for the save game info

Depend on the card. There are many different types of R4.

Let us know what it says on the front of the card and i should be able to get you the firmware for your card.

thanx to the both of you,i must either be blind or a very dumb blonde ive just noticed on the from cover it gives a site http://www.r4ds.com,just been to it an i think im dowloading something called a kernel? im using flashget on my sony vaio so hope im doing it right x
