Hi guys, had my DS for about 6 months and it has stopped reading games in slot 1 as some of the pins are bent in the slot. I sent it back to nintendo and they tell me that it is not covered by the warranty and want ?54 to fix it. Can anyone give me advice on what to do? is it easy enough to replace the slot as you can buy them for ?7 on ebay. And is the soldering onto the board difficult?
