Ace4kard 2i - DSi on 1.4e and no DSlite ?!

Hi Friends,

I am very new to all of this DS Rom stuff and I hope you may be able to help me out.

I have a DSi which is on ROM 1.4E. I have put AKAIO 1.5 onto the root of a 8gb flash card which I have then placed into my Acekard 2i.

Is this ok? I have read elsewhere that you need a DS lite to update the Acekard 2i with if your DSi is already on firmware 1.4e, or is Akaio 1.5 sorted to work with 1.4 DSi firmware already???

Not sure mate have you uzipped the folder then put the files onto root of card. Not sure how many files are on it .... Have a look here FileTrip - Browsing Acekard Series

hi mate if it said 1.4e on the box of the acekard you purchased then it will work if not ,then no it isnt capable on a 1.4 version console......
