When i tryed loading game on R4, it deletes itself and returns to main menu, so do i need to install sav file as well?

Yes - you need the sav file.
Google the game to get the utube video and the link to the game on mega*ploads.- download the game, fix & sav - run the fix as per the video but DO NOT run it on NO$GBA, put the game & sav file straight on your DS - run - create a name & go skiing.
