DS Save Data cound not be accessed!!

Hi

Im trying to play Ben 10 Alien Force.
However, I cant start the programme.
A black screen comes on which says:-
"The save data could not be accessed. PLease turn power off and reinsert GAme Card."

Can anyone suggest a solution for this problem?

It would help if you said which card you are using. I had same problem with the olympic winter games on an ?12.00 R4 but the game worked ok on a ?3.00. TT.
