Help with patching

Hey guys/girls looking for some help or a nudge in the right direction.

I have a ds with a m3 real card from from r4i.co.uk, I have downloaded the system folder that they supplied to me in an email. firmware 3.4 x

The problem for me now is that I have downloaded a few games and some work fine but others just seem to be sticking either on the firmware screen that says creating save file or the game screen saying creating save file.

I have read loads of tuts from here and other websites but I am no further forward with trying to patch the games that don't work.

I have tried the arm 7 bin fix in ds lazy and I have aslo tried the arm7 pather but still no joy.

The two games I have been trying is jonas and fifa 10, can anyone tell me if there is a problem with these games?

Also, I have seen a few mentions of kernals is this different from what I have in the system folder?

Sorry guys, got it sorted.

I managed to get a 4.7c update

You would think that r4i would give me the latest firmware as I only got the card last week!

Anyway the games I mentioned are working fine
