been givin a card

been given a r4i super revolution for ds, the card is white was told it wouldnt work (yes it has firmware on ).

I have been on the site mentioned on card and downloaded the newest firmware 4 it but when put in2 ds it just says no game card inserted.

any ideas?

Sounds like the card is ~~~~ed m8. It should either auto load or give you an error.

I have fixed these before (not same card) but packing it with cardboard around the chip inside the card

think the card you have is for a dsi not a ds so dont think it will work in a standard ds only the new dsi (the one with the camera) MIGHT BE WRONG

try

spray some contact cleaner in the card slot that has helped me in the past
