i have an r4 card which i think is just a basic one which software is the best to put on it as some games i get dont work such as sonic classic collection when i go on it it creates a sav file the the screen just goes white

The 'best' way i found to make sure you have the correct software for the card you have is to visit MyMemory.com - Memory Cards for Mobile Phones & Digital Cameras, look up your product on there then scroll down to the product specification, it'll have a link to download the relevent software plus a walkthrough on the correct installation procedure.
