R4i sdhc 1.3v loading error fix

Hi i was having issue with nintendo dsi screen stuck on loading by putting date back 3 months it has started working again my kid,s are happy again

hey guys I had same issue,sorted now thanks. Is there a reason for this loading error,don't wana sound ungrateful but I would like to know if poss.

i had a look around and found this explanation

"Due to the fault of our R4 team,except R4(I) SDHC V2.0，all the kernels can not work normally base on the date after 14th, April, 2010. The issues are the system date error and when you booting up the consoles, you couldn't enter into the main manu. We are awfully sorry for this. The temporary solution is to adjust your system date before 14th, April, 2010. R4 team will remedy this bug with the latest kernel and do the activity to reward the consumers! The latest information for this activity will be released at www.r4isdhc.com and www.nds9.com. Please pay more attention to this! "

I have the same issue, Put the date back to the 13th of June every day and it works, but if I let the kernels update it locks the entire unit.

Its a Balls newer games do not play on the old firmware that I have saved since last year, I hope this is sorted soon.

try the newer firmware in downloads i uploaded, 1.20b,however could be newer now......micky

Hi, I had the same problem, but I changed my year to 2009 and it loaded as it used to... then I found, all games I had loaded in last month or so crashed upon opening or wouldn't open???

Could this also be the date problem? Mines an R4i V1.4 (SDHC) if that helps?
