load rom errcode 4 nds

Hi all, can someone please help. I downloaded a new game on my son's ds (lego harry potter) it kept getting load rom errcode 4. So i was told to add new firmware so used V1.09d. Now i may have cocked up here because i've forgot how i originally loaded onto micro card. I just extracted and drag and drop to card overwriting existing files 4 of them, now all i get when i try to play his games is menu in red with a ? mark over it. Now none of his games work, any help please thanks Donka.

Hi again just tried deleting the four files (moonmemo, moonslh2, R4imenu and r4 datfile then reinstalling but same thing happens. What am i doing wrong should i try a different kernel than V1.09d.
