hi i bought a acekard2i for my dsixl but it wont work just coming up with card error the console is version 1.4?the card works fine in my dslite is this card not compatible with the xl or am i doin something wrong thanks ant

yes m8, they dont work properly with v1.4.
there is an easy fix.
follow these instructions
never done it myself, but supposed to be a doddle

tryed adding that file it comes up on micro card write protection ?i dont know what i have done it wont let me format sd card or delete things off it or add things do you know how to fix this m8?

yes m8,
there will be a switch on the side of tour microsd adaptor. this turns write protection on/off

i feel stupid now m8?got the card to work on my dsixl just put that file on sd card put it in my dslite run the file took out put in dsixl works perfect thanks m8

yeah...ak2i need use a v1.4 update file to make it work on dsi or dsill....do you have a dsl?
