R4 firmware issue

If your firmware download comes within a folder once unrared, then you will need to empty that folder and put the files into the root of the sd card. So basically:
1 unrar the file to desktop
2 Delete any old files of sd card (or format in FAT32)
3 Copy all the files within the folder you unrared to your desktop to the first window that opens when you open the sd card
4 try to load firmware

hi mate downloaded it do i just put the folder on my card after i unrar it ? or do i open the folder then put whats in the folder on the dsi.

i put the folder on and when i turned the dsi on it just comes up with a red memory card with a lock on it and underneath the memory card it sais menu with a question mark .

help please
