Having problems playin movies and mp3's

I keep getting an error through moonshell when i try to play mp3's and movies.

It says idtag error.

I am using version 1.71 of moonshell any idea guys?

Ps. The roms play no problem whatsoever just cant get my head round it i have searched for fixes and looked in the system files but all looks ok.

Here you go try this out.
1st put your Micro SD in to the usb key that you got with the card then create 2 folders on the card 1 called music and 1 called movies.

Movies you need to download movies in a DPG format
Music just copy mp3z to the music folder.

Make sure you have the latest firmware on you card. Check out the downloads section

Then put the card back in the R4 then in to the DS.

Run the Moonshine app then you will see the 2 folders you created go to the music or movies then just press A on the selected item.
