What card to go for

Hi all, I know that these are now illegal, But we've just got 3 DSI's for our kids ready for christmas.
Now i have always stuck with the R4's.
Please could someone advise me whether to go for R4i's, Acekard or the M3's

takes between two and three weeks m8. but worth it
