How to patch ds games for save not found error.

Savfil not founded error on DSI

Hello: I am new to this so please bear with me. I have the red R4i and have downloaded the latest kernal files and have placed them on the root of my SD drive. The drive is formatted under FAT32 also.

Games folder has been created and also placed on the root. However, when I attempt to load the game I get the Save file error. Please help me as this is my daughters birthday gift.

usin r4 v1.18 but when i tried to play ben10 for my son i got error durin save turn off and reinsert card help!!!!!

Firstly r4 is old and new fireware wont be available so you won't beplaying many new games successfully get a new card!
Or if you know precisely what card you have search for your firmware, it is probably a firmware issue and there are many in downloads section here on dk. Or search your card ie: r4i,acekard2i,supercard ect...they have their own sites.

Cards can play about 96%games,sometimes some work some don't . Best advice is keep firmware/card upto date.
Like I said basic r4's are old and can only get worse

help! looks like i have same problem as everybody else. I get 'sav file not founded when i try and load a game. We have 2 ds consoles for the kids and i have just bought new r4 cards for them both but understand it must be a programming issue as the problem occurs with both cards! i have the latest firmware on them. is it a game issue?

I can't seem to get an answer for the Savfile Not Found problem. I'm trying to get the tutorial downloaded and it does nothing. How do I get that tutorial?

there are probs with some new games, try an old game first, see if that works, then post results

I just upgrade to 1.23 on a R4i because it stopped work after the 12 of april. Whatever game I try I get back Filesave not founded!
Do you think I need that Patch DS Games.zip to fix the problem or shall I try something else?

all you need to do for the date error is put your clock back....

just ran into this problem, read somewhere that formatting the card would help, doing that right now. if that doesn't help I'll try the fix.

I Have been having alot of prblems with the R4 updates. I wish they would just put out a new on.

hi try woods firmware i have a orignal r4 with this firmware and now all my roms work perfectley including all that would not work with the r4 firmware

This thread is 6months old m8 and well out of date,go introduce yourself first it's polite n only takes a second,then start a thread with your question stating what card you have,what firmware your running,and what it says on card ....detail..... You will get help if your in the right place
