R4 problems??

i'm having problems playing the games i have recently put on my R4 card. it comes up with 'the save data could not be accessed. please turn the power off and reinsert the game card'. what is wrong and what can i do??? thanks in advance.

are using wood firmware?

1. copy entire sd card to pc
2. reformat sd card
3. copy files back onto sd card

this will probabaly fix it,
if not post back..
