Hi Peeps,
Does anyone know if there's a new firmware update out yet for the 2i. Am currently using 1.86 But from game releases 5700 - 5800 There's quite a few that won't work.

hi, will be getting my acekard any day now, have a few questions, if anyone could help me please:-

1, What is the max size of SD card that can be used, and does it have to be any class, etc or will any work?
2. Can only European ROMS be used, or will japan and USA roms also work.
3. Do i copy the NDS files to the root of the SD card or can put them in a "games" folder
4. How do i start the games, do i need a Loader like the Wii, or will they just start from home screen
5. How are the games listed on the DS, are they in alpahetical order or order they were copied, etc. And can the NDS files be renamed?

any sd card can be used.

2. Can only European ROMS be used, or will japan and USA roms also work.
you can use any roms, i normally opt for "U" roms, as euro roms don't always have an english language option.

3. Do i copy the NDS files to the root of the SD card or can put them in a "games" folder
it's up to you, either way will work.

4. How do i start the games, do i need a Loader like the Wii, or will they just start from home screen
you will need to put the latest firmware on the card. then when the card boots up, the games will be listed.

games are in alphabetical order and yes they can be re-named, as long as you don't change the .nds file extension.

hi barrowman just had acekard2,ive dl software but still says error,so if iam right theres no update for version 1.4.3e

ive sorted it out put acekard into mt old ds and it updated,thanks anyway.
