Another r4i problem, any help please

once you download and unzip the firmware, you should have 4 files.
one is the menu.ini file,
just copy the 4 files to your sd card (after a proper format )

What card would you suggest is the best / easiest to use, this is doing my ****in* head in??

no luck with it then m8......
the best out at the moment (in my opinion) is the acecard...
no ~~~~in about with diffrent version firmware/cloners etc.
one card , one firmware (that gets updated regularly)

plays every game and costs less than a tenner delivered...

if you are in a hurry and dont mind paying an extra fiver try here
