I got a new R4i Gold card. I uploaded the kernel and while trying to run a game I get this error on moonshell.

How to solve this?

you dont open moonshell to start games.
moonshell is for playing .dpg movies and mp3's.
just browse directly to the game

Sorry. New to this. How do I start the game. I tried one by selecting the game and pressing A. It said Loading and nothing happens after that.

what type of ds are you using ds/dsi (if dsi which version firmware is it running)

which games you having probs with (all games or certain games)

which card do you have (please be as accurite as you can, post a screen shot if poss)

where did you get your firmware for card? provide link please

Problem game is Big Brain academy at Big Brain Academy - NDS9.com Free NDS GAMES
Card is R4i Revolution for DS ( Gold) - picture attached herewith.
Got firmware from R4i,,R4i Revolution For -R4i.

this looks like a fake card to me.. the 3 golds i have are made by this company and are a yellow / gold colour
