ds simply and real help

hi huys hopeing you can help, my two daughters have a ds simply and the other a ds real card, the simply one recently started freezing i did the latest up date but it still freezes or doesnt start the game says something like the card was removed or not inserted properly, now the real has started freezing everynow and then i have updated, any idea what i should do????

maybe format your micro sd and put the lastest firmwares on again.

i did do a re format before i did the updates but still the same problem, thanx for the reply
