hi i do am having the white screen problem with my acekart2 as i am new to all this and my card says 2007 when loading how do i know what firmwire is installed on it i was reading the above posts and when i go to the system options mine does not have the arrows at each side at all hope someone can help please

many thanks barrowmanandrew my hats off to you mate i followed what you had told someone else and it worked i d/loading 8 roms and all but dr who worked its the only one that came up with a white screen but im well pleased with the new firmwire thanks for all the help

I am having the same issues.
I have older games that work fine,
some that work and freeze towards the beginning of them (new d/ls but not new games),
and some games that are new that show a loading screen then after that they go to white screen.

I've had the acekard 2i for a while now, I already updated the card firmware on a DS Lite so I could run the update on my DSi XL as well as my DSi XL is ver 1.4U.

I will try the solutions I found on here, but will post again if they don't work.

Same problem with a lot of my new games

summit is wrong then. that game i posted should work on your card.

this is what i suggest you do.

1. delete your _aiou folder and akmenu.nds file from your sd card

2. copy all your games and sav files to your pc.

3. format your sd card (fat 32)

4. copy all games back to sd card

5. dowload a fresh akiou 1.8.1 file [ATTACH]40466[/ATTACH]

6. extract files and copy _aiou folder and akmenu.nds file back onto your sd card.
see if that works...



ps. to check anti piracy.

1. power on dsi.

2. hit start.

3. hit system options from drop down menu.

4. look at top of bottom screen, you will see a left and right arrow,
hit left arrow.

5. you will see antipiracy bypass option at bottom of list....
it should be "disabled"

Have you tried another microSD card, run the update on the R4(or get another functioning flash cart,and apply the update on a DS or DS Lite since the 3DS/DSi/XL don't let you cart swap), take it out, put the acekard 2i in, press start and after the update finishes power down your DS.
