R4i Gold, Looking for this firmware, can you help?

Hi Guys, I bought a dsi for my daughter in 2008, and I am using a R4i Gold with firmware v1.4.. I am looking to update the firmware with this version of firmware (R4-i English v1.16b Date:[2010-08-30] posted on the website, but for some reason I am unable to download this firmware, if anyone can help with this, please point me in this direction.. she's have problems playing some of the latest roms games...
