there is 2 maybe 3 diffrrent firmwares for your card,
i will upload them all now.
just a case of trial and error i'm afraid....

well, that should be easy then,
download the r4i v2.8 kernal from that page.
then extract the files onto your sd card....
then your card should be up to date then.....
let us know if it works..

it works!!
great, got it to work and play all the latest games ive got.
one thing though, when you open the zipped file it gives you everthing in one folder called R4i English. if you just copy this to the sd card it does not work. you need to open this folder to show its contents, and then copy them across to the card along with the games folder and it works.

Get yous kids an acekard 2. Great support for the newest games and uses sdhc. Its a little more expensive but the guys who realy know recomend it.Comment
