    R41 Card help

I have bought a R4i card for the DSi. this is the 1st time I have used the R4i card, know how to do everything for the R4 cards.

My problem is I have loaded the software which it says Ver 1.60 and I can get the newer games to work, but not the older games I have working on my R4 Upgrade cards.

Anyone know why or how to fix the problem?

    Thanks
    Maureen

The box says R4i Reveolution for DS(DS1 LL/DSi/DSl). It also says V1.41

I have used R4 cards several times for the DS Lites and normmally playing about with different software I get them to work.

I got the software from the site on the card R4i.cn

I think I may need to put on a fix for the software and I have downloaded that. Do I put it into 1 of the folders on the card?

        Thanks

I bought them from China, have used the site several times and not had this much problems. Normally just upgrade the software and they work. This is the 1st time i have tried R4i.

I have emailed them to help me and will return them if I can't get it to work.

          Thanks

all you should have to do with that card is extract the files directly to the root of your sd card and select "copy and replace" if prompted.....

is the card you got exactly the same as the one in the link?

is the packaging exactly the same?

is there any diffrence at all? even a slight diffrence.
the reason i ask is because there is alot of similer looking cards, some suppport dsi 1.4.1 and some don't.

The card is the same. The box is different, mine says V1.41 and in the brackets at the bottom mine is (DSi LL/DSi/DSL).

When I got the card I formatted it, should I not have done that? I have done that with previous cards and not had a problem. I have another card that I have not touched I'll copy the files onto it without formatting and see if that works.

                  Thanks again.

Think you need the original firmware as well and then put the newer one over the top m8.

should always backup the cards before formattinhg or updating m8...
