Please help!! R4i software problem

HI all , i hope someone can please point me in the right direction, i,ve just had a new dsi and in doing so ive had a new R4i card, The new R4i card is red and V4.0 and on the box is a picture of mario, i'm having trouble finding the right files to go on the card.
i've tried everything i can think of i've even tried the files on my old card,
whats happening is the games show up but when you chose one to play they wont show up or even start the screen goes blank.
I've never had these problems with ds lite which has just been replaced.
i'm looking for the right firmware to put on.

Have you tried the website which is on the card/box this usually has the most upto date firmware ?

Visit R4i SDHC Revolution for NDSi/NDSL/NDS
You'll find the firmware needed to run the R4i card.
That is www. r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp
