New DS Card

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and not hugely knowledgable about stuff like this but I have an old R4 card, and I came on here yesterday to try and find updated firmware for it, it turns out that without a lot of complicated work involving ysmenu I can't run newer games on my card, so I am looking to buy a new card.
I would really appreciate some suggestions at to what I should buy, I have a ds lite and would like to be able to run newer games.

Hey mate if it's an original r4, then your problems are over just put woods 1.21 on and your good to go .as for recommending a card then Acekard 2i seems to have the best support and works very well cheers Micky
