touch darts

Keep getting following error when loading touch darts "could not read the data turn off the power and reinsert the ds card".Using Acekard 2i with the latest akaio 1.8.5 including the 1.8.5a fix.Rom works fine on wood r4 v 1.23 ? Can honestly say this is the first game what hasnt worked for me on acekard 2i.

Any ideas ?
