need help with r4i card

been trying for days to get this cart to work.. still coming up empty... i download the firmware and it works. but when i press a button or touch the screen on the menu it just froze.. i got a 4gb sd card and dsi. here is what i got Image of R4 DSi XL upgrade Revolution for DS(DSi XL / NDSi / NDSL / NDS)
any ideas??? the box say v1.45 but on the cart it say v1.41.

yes there is.. its www.r4idsxl.com. but i already tried that kernel and still nothing.. just went to the main screen where there's the 3 option which is the game/music/config. when i touch any off them it just froze.. i tried it on the dsixl n ds lite.. still not workin.. i might have to order me the ones that work if i can't figure this out.. thanks in advance for the help!!

on the card itself does it say anything like 1.4 or 1.4.1?

also did u buy the card new?

do you kow how old the card is?

yea i just had it a week ago.. brand new out of the box.. the box has v1.45 on it but the cart has 1.41. have 2 of these card n been trying on both cart.. still nothing..

well if you have downloaded the correct 1.4.1 firmwaree from the site, then it must eitther be a fault with gamecart or sd card.

have you tried a diffrent sd card?

i woiuld try a diffrent sd card and format it using a proper formatting tool

still nothing

been sittin on my butt and browsing the net for help on this cart. still comin up with nothing.. even formatted it usin your tool.. the furthest i got was with this kernel r4idsxl.com kernel core files download | Wii, NDSL, NDSi, PS2000, PSP3000, PS2, PS3, XBOX360
it just take me to the menu screen then froze on my when i touch/push my ds button.. any other ideas??
