wii 4.2 e help me!!!!

ok seems i ~~~~ed up and now i need to redo the 4.2e i deleted some things i didn't mean to and now to play a normal game its saying i need to update the system is there a way i can reset to factory settings and try again//? if not can someone walk me through what i need to do thanks

ps i got the wii without a memory card in it and i have no nada back up

asking for a update dont mean you need to remod, what game is it?
is your homebrew channel still working?

there is a little app called start patch. i would recommend to backup your nand.
