most games dont play

ok heres my problem,ive modded a wii console original games play fine and allso do some backups,but not all play (they will play on another modded wii) ive updated to the up todate ioses and still get the same problem as mentioned.ive tryed cleaning the lense but its still a no go on most of the games..the error that comes on is unable to read (whatever the game is) i followed this guide New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii (doeggs) and its not just one or two games. i know theres nothing up with the games as they work in another modded wii..and norm discs work fine.any help would be most helpfull..

what discs are you using?
what burning program?
sounds like your laser might be on the way out if i was you i would invest in a hdd its the way forward for wii users faster loading times no discs hanging around getting scratched with smart user interfaces

thanks for the reply,i am using viburnem -r and imgburn,i was thinking it might be the laser.there only cheap so i guess i will get a couple of them just incase it happens again..

well there's nothing wrong with the way your burning them so it do's sound like the laser let us know how you get on
