chipped wii and mario super sluggers

got a wii with d2 sun 1.3 chip

downloaded and burn ISDO at 4x speed when I load up the game it comes up with a blank screen

any ideas why ?

Probably an NTSC title m8, install the homebrew channel, run gecko and it will work m8.
Or Install the wii soft mod and install the wiigator launcher, no need to have an SD card in the wii then.

I use the Wii patcher to remove the system update and also get it to PAL (done with other games and they all work).

could it be I need to do a system update

No need to update firmware, just run homebrew channel with gecko m8.
