Both do the exact same m8, If it's a brand new Wii borrow a copy of Zelda do the twilight hack on it,wont affect your warranty either as your not opening it etc cost ?0 or ?30 price of Zelda ( or you might find it cheaper, but try to borrow it), modchip anything from ?7 (soldering it yourself) to ?40-?50 for a wiiclip chip.If it is a brand new wii you cannot fit a wiiclip, well you can but they have black resin around the chip now and you will have to take that off b4 installing a wiiclip,best to hard wire if its a brand new one.
I'd do the Zelda route m8, takes 30mins tops, does everything that a modchip does to.
