Nintendo wii fixing

Hi all,
can someone pls help me fix my Nintendo wii.
The remote controls are not conecting with the sensor.
It needs reset...can you show how to reset it pls ?

take back off remote comtrols and hold the red thing down and open front of wii as well and do the same on that and it will sort it out
