These arent bad if your not bothered about external power supply.
Done a few Wii's and used this hard drive as well as the passport but thats more money.

The passports are nice cos they are usb powered but you only get half the space for your money compared to the brick above.
Not done many games of late but from what i remember ive got everything to work with Usb Loader Gx.

Cheapest 1tb passport i could fine is this one below for ?75

Do not get a usb powered hdd. They don't all work and you may get spin down issues causing games to crash requiring you to change setting and the likes on the hdd. Much better to get a mains powered they are cheaper and more stable

Ive got both and to be fair not had a problem with either.
If your not bothered about the brick its a winner though the passport looks smarter.

Yes Andy as you should know you can't brick a Wii with the wrong USB drive?

Now I've heard that these smaller more compact passort drives work but I've also heard that some don't it all depends on the current consumption of the drive as USB port 2 is stronger but you can't use it as a USB Loader, get one with its own power supply.

                  Thank you the man.

Sorry Andy your talking about the physical size of an external drive?

As you will see from that USB Compatibility List I started with an old

                      Brand: Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9
                      Model: 6Y120L0
                      Size: 120GB
                      Format: WBFS
                      Firmware: 4.3E
Loader: USB Loader GX, Configurable USB Loader and Wiiflow.

Which will hold 70 games and works perfectly.

Latter I bought a 1TB FreeAgent? GoFlex? Desk External Hard Drive I tried it out and it works perfectly but I don't use it as the moment as the old 120GB is enough for me.

Creeping will get you nowhere? There are better WiiHacks sites but we don't talk about those on here.
