Help with Punch-Out & NBA Jam

    Hi

I'm not very good when it comes to problems with the Wii so I need help.

My Wii was hard modded some time ago and then soft modded from a tut that pretty much was straight forward.

Everything works with Wiiflow apart from Punch-Out and NBA Jam.

Punch out used to load up and play, but now it doesn't even load.

I'm using a USB ext hard drive and everything else is fine.

I know I'm most probably being a bit lazy, and I'm not even too sure what relevant info to post for assistance, but I'm asking for help because I have wii board sitting doing nothing, and I've heard that punch out is a good game for 2 players. Also I have reverted back to Wii cause xbox is not modded and there are not too many games for a 9 year to play.

I trust I am gonna need to supply info for help, so thanks in advance.

Why not try a different loader http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...ht=usb+loaders, put CFG on your sd card and try it, you can have more than one. Maybe you changed a setting in your loader ?
Have you recently updated anything ?
Have you tried loading the game with a different cIOS...

Okay gone to downloads and downloaded. Unzipped and put cfg loader folder on SD, now from bootmii nothing at all.

Have I put CFG on SD correctly?

As I said, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to Wii.

EDIT: It also looks like I'm just as clueless in showing a screen capture too

Ok, when you d/l and open the file, you've got a choice of 4 loaders. Double click on CFG, and you get a CFG folder, double click again, and you get Cfg_USB_Loader & USBLoaderCFG.
Put the folder in your apps folder, and put the usbloaderCFG wad file in your wad folder, now go to wad manager and install the usbloaderCFG wad file. When you do this you should have a short cut on your wii when you start it up. Thats the forwarder.wad

Okay I've kinda done as you suggested. I can't get CFG short-cut at moment but I can run other games from it apart from Punch Out.

Should I now be looking at different cIOS? If so is it just trial and error, as I seem to have many I can choose from.

When you select the game, you should have an option to change the cIOS, from 249, 250, 222 or whatever it is at the moment, when you change it, don't forget to save before you exit. Then launch the game. I don't know what cIOS the game uses, but maybe some of the boys on here will know and reply.
