Can I update my Wii offline?

I have a Wii with only the physical chip (I formatted it so there's no homebrew anymore). When I enter Wii update I can't update it because of error 32004, which I investigated and occurred that Nintendo recognised I had unauthorized hardware.

Is there any other way of updating my Wii like, for example, inserting the 4.3 firmware on a usb or a card and doing it offline?
