Was there a lot of defrag-ing to do? My 300 gig was all over the place and took 2 + hours to complete. Could have been just me or mine, but I had to redo a pretty big chunk of my games. They all looked like they were there, some of the bad ones even played the intro sound bite when selecting them, but black screened after that.
