What new Wii system is that as far as I know 4.3 was the last version they bought out??
As for which is the best USB Loader well I think thats a personal choice. I have the 3 mains ones USB Loader GX, CFG USB Loader and WiiFlow. I use USB Loader GX all of the time. I only have the others in case users on here say a particular game doesn't work on that version.
Now there is an advantage in using USB Loader GX it does play more problems games or there are more cracks for that version. I've noticed with WiiFlow you can't change the running IOS (the default being 249) whether thats just me. With the other two you just type the number you want it to use and save.
The easiest thing to do is put them all on the SD card and run them from HBC so you can compare the differences then you just install the Forwarder channel to put that on your Wii menu.
