help please, bricked !!!

Hi to all, i have b/l a game (bricked) i have unzipped it(winrar), converted it (wii backup patcher),bricked it (wii brickblocker), burnt it (imgburn) in that order, but my screen goes black and nothing. Do i have to do any thing else?. My wii is homebrewed

Hi m8 what game have you downloaded and why did you do all the wii bricking etc?

splintercell m8, why the bricking because thats the only downloadable copy i can find. Is bricking a waste of time? i havent done any thing to the consol as far as i know.

Oh.. you mean you've brick-blocked the game by patching it ... I take it your Wii still runs other games ok ?
You don't have to do that all the time if you install starfall...

You've probably got a non-pal version of the download i'm guessing, did it say PAL, JAP, USA or NTSC in the download ?

Playable (1:1) patch ios to 249,
Try pressing 1 as games loads, then force NTSC, if that doesnt work, as above.

What loader are you using m8?
Starfall is in the download with the rest of the stuff, you need to be on version 3.2 to run it.

i take by loader you mean gamma 3.0? i'm on version 3.3 so is it easyer to bin the game or downgrade(how to?)thanks

I'd follow this tutorial mate... includes a downgrade to 3.2, starfall so you dont have to brick-block all your games, and a new loader as some games don't work with gamma.
