With the amount of money and time spent on this Daz you could of bought yourself and solderless wiikey and fitted it and still had change and hours to do something else constructive , It's a pity nobody else can do it locally for you.

Ok I usually use 2 SD cards, the first card is for the twilight hack and installing the homebrew channel, second card for soft modding.
So I would suggest doing the same to see if we can crack this for you,

Format the sd card, install the twilight hack (Euro hack you copy over to the Wii), and the homebrew channel for 3.4 not 3.3 or less on the SD card, now try that.
You should only have 2 folders and a boot.dol in the root of the SD card Daz.
