    problem with a game

Hi, I have a quite recent softmodded wii (I used modmii for windows) and I am on 4.3e system. I am using CFG usb loader.
This is part of the result of a syscheck:

IOS202[60] (rev 65535, Info: v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS222[38] (rev 4, Info: v0.1): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223[38] (rev 4, Info: v0.1): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS224[57] (rev 65535, Info: v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS236[36] (rev 65535, Info: rev 3351): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access
IOS249[56] (rev 21007, Info: d2x-v7final): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[57] (rev 21007, Info: d2x-v7final): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
    IOS254 (rev 65281): BootMii

All the games that I have backed up works ok but with "COD Black ops" I get stuck. After the initial nintendo screen of warning to put the wrist band on a black screen with "loading..." appear and nothing happen.

Now I have done some reserch on past threads and I probably need to download " cIOS249[57]-v20 for COD black ops (1.93 MB) " from the download section.
Am I ok to do that? and how do I do that? Sorry for the noob question, but I dont want mess things up.
    Many thanks

Well COD Black ops works for me with 249 but your sysCheck only shows 249 and 250 with d2x v7 final did you install all the wads in d2x v7 final? I would install them all again if I were you.

MW3 is the only game I have to use 250 else it just sticks at the Loading screen.

I can guarantee you that black ops runs on a cios with a base of 57 the same as mw3. I think you are confusing that before you installed d2x it would have been running on the 249(57) v 20 but will now run on 250 with d2x final unless you have changed the cios bases from the pack I uploaded. He only has 249 & 250 because that is the only 2 modmii downloads for you

No COD Black OPS works with 249 out of all the games I have I only need to change COD MW3 to 250 which you told be about.

It won't hurt to update all the d2x v7 final wads.

Thanks all for the reply, at the moment I have changed at 224 and it works fine (well I only play half hour last night), all my other games works so at the moment I will keep the wii in this way just in case I am going to mess things up......to be hounest this is my daughter's console so should be ok for her and my "occasional-ahahah" play.
Anyway can I ask you a noob question: why should I install all the wads in the "d2x v7 final", do they sort other games?
              many thanks

You have all the required cios you need. The d2x final is just a full pack of cios that will cover all games to load from gx which is generally designed to run on waninkoko cios (d2x) 222, 223 and 224 were all traditionally hereme's cios and used to load from uloader which was the only loader that could load mic games. Gx now runs on hereme's as well as waninkoko and d2x from 245 to 251 just covers all the bases required for all games and just means it is more compatible than trying to run 2 different sets of cios from 2 different devs. Hope that answers it for you mate.

The d2x v7 final has IOS222, IOS223, IOS224, IOS236, IOS249 and IOS250 these are all the wads that the USB Loaders can switch between. Apart from WiiFlow as you can't change that in game settings. If a game gives you problems when running it then choose another number.

Your using CFG USB Loader I would have thought that you would have used USB Loader GX as there are more cracks and fixes for games that only work with USB Loader GX.

D2x final does not have 222,223,224 & 236. I should know I compiled the pack that's on here if it does someone has altered it. I think you are getting confused with the full cios wad pack that I uploaded.

Thanks for reply, I am using cfg usb loader because is the one that modmii installed, and at the moment all games works....to be hounest I am not a massive game player, so everything is working with the games that I have (probably I have a lot lot less games than most people).
I have other two questions instead please:
Can I manually add covers to the games without the internet connection?
Second, in the future I might would like to add the feature of playing dvd-I am reading a few threats at the moment to get round of it, but my question is : can I play divx/avi/xvid files as well from my portable hdd. Ideally I would like to create a folder in my portable for my divx flms.
                      Many thanks to all

you can use wii backup manager to download all the missing covers.

not exactly sure how it works ,
i think you would have to add the games back on from your hardrive and download all missing covers

you can play movies off your harddrive with wiimc media player.

you can also stream movies over you wifi using this...

Well all thats in wiimc1.2.2(new install) is the wiimc folder which you put in the apps folder on the SD card. The wiimc-channel-installer is another app you put wiimc-channel-installer in the apps folder and run it from HBC to add the WiiMC channel.

It doesn't make any difference if you have d2x v7 installed or not. Now WiiMC use an addition cIOS202[60]-v5.1.wad. If you've done a sysCheck and IOS202 has been install you can use the SU option in ModMii and the syscheck file to download any newer updates to your IOS's. You would put cIOS202[60]-v5.1.wad in the wad folder and install it with MMM.

If you don't have IOS202 then just Google cIOS202[60]-v5.1.wad, there is a link on here that HH posted but I've just searched for it and can't find it.
