you can update from nintendo by going online and updating or use http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...ii-4-3-4-1405/ to hack your console then ask it to update you to 4.3

Another option you have is to use http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...indows-170234/ this will also hack your 4.2 and gives you the option to choose which firmware you would like to have on your console after softmod is complete, giving you full instructions along the way

Yes you can update your Wii to 4.3 online in Wii Settings then use LetterBomb but you must install it correctly using all 3 options.

hi was just want to know as my wii most times wnt play games thru usb via homescreen, having to go thru hbc most times as when run gx thru homescreen it crashies.
is this common. (just to say a new thread)

So are you running USB Loader from a Forwarder channel on the Wii menu?

If USB Loader GX runs ok from the HBC then do you have the correct Forwarder installed?

i have gx with USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_4_0_AHBPROT.wad .
but when i did install also put i
os 58 aswell. is that mabe the prob. sometimes it runs a game and otheres it crashes it before the start. have to turn off and try a few times to get it going

ios58 is part of the 4.3 update so it wont cause you any problem.
the rest sounds like a dodgey hdd issue.

my hdd is on ntfs with wbfs folder. should i put folder on pc format hdd to fat 32 then put folder back on. (will this fix it)

Formatting the should pickup back areas but Windows won't format large drives FAT32 but EASEUS Partition Master will and its free. EASEUS formats the drive on a restart but I don't remember seeing a report afterwards. You really need to do a full Windows scandisk on the drive. I believe NTFS drives work with the new USB Loaders so you may as well leave it NTFS.

You used to be able to format drives using the format.com and I think you could specify FAT32.
