    Homebrew Channel Upgrade

    Hi guys.

I've just tried out some newer sysChecks and after HBC started I get a message:

An update to the Homebrew Channel (version 1.1.0 replacing the installed version 1.0.8) is available for installation, do you want to update now?

    Press Yes or No.

    Release notes:

This release adds support for fonts, unicode and Japanese language support. However, a theme with an appropriate font must be installed for the Japanese language to be available. Please visit Homebrew Channel/Themes - WiiBrew for more information.

    Upgrade Instructions:
You do not need to do anything special to prepare for this upgrade. After accepting this upgrade, you will be presented with the HackMii combination installer. After testing your system and presenting you with a list of things that you can install, you will be presented with the Main Menu. Just select the "Install Homebrew Channel" option to upgrade your current installation. Once the upgrade is completed just exit and restart your system.
As anyone done the online Homebrew upgrade and does it work ok?

Ok I've updated Homebrew Channel to version 1.1.0, everything appears to be ok.

I've just ran ModMii6.0.7 and used the SU option which reads the sysCheck.csv from a sysCheck. Its suggested I upgrade cIOS249[56]-d2x-v8-final.wad and cIOS250[57]-d2x-v8-final.wad. I may install all the 7 wads in Digital Kaos - Downloads - d2x v8 Final wad pack.

I also selected Wii Speak Channel which downloaded Wii-Speak-Channel-NUS[E].wad in the wad folder. When I install it and run it, it says The Wii Speak accessory is not connected.

Switch off the console, reconnect the Wii Speak accessory and restart the channel.

As anyone used this and whats the Wii Speak accessory? Googling it it appears to be a microphone but is it a special mic for the Wii?
