Can I softmod a wii with version 4.3e

Hi total newbie to all this I have a wii that was chipped about 3 years ago now for some reason it wont play the copy games anymore I did borrow an original copy of Wii Fit and this must have somehow updated it or I have did it by mistake. I checked the version and it is now updated to 4.3e. What I want to know can I now softmod it and would I still be able to play my copied games. Apologies if this is a stupid question but like I say I am a newbie

is it the same as letterbomb?

ModMii will work on all versions of the Wii you just select the version your using in the options.

Have you softmodded with Letterbomb?

Virgin 4.3e

Hi,

I have been out of thw wii modding scene for a while and have just been handed a virgin 4.3e that was updated recently and now does not play some discs.

This wii is for someone who will only use discs as using a homebrew channel or usb hardrive or sd card is over their head.

What would be the best way to use this download to give them all the up to date ios that will still let them play all their disc games.

Well the first thing you need to do is post a full sysCheck report as instructed in that link.

Your friend really needs to get used to USB Loaders as its going to be cheaper in the long run. They will still need an SD card if they use NeoGamma for playing burnt discs.
